HOST AN ICE PLAYER IN YOUR HOME
The experience of billeting a Junior A hockey player can be one of the most rewarding in the world of amateur hockey. In most cases, the players become a member of the family who stays in close contact with the family years after moving away.

"The relationships I have developed with my housing parents have been more than amazing. I have grown very close to my housing family. They are people that will be in my life for the rest of my life. They are very caring people, and for them to open their house for the season means alot. We have grown to be family over the past couple of years." -- Brendt Gwidt |

"We have been a host family for the Indiana Ice for the past five seasons. I can say that overall this has been a very rewarding experience for our family. Our extended family now includes the players that have lived with us during the season. While many of these players have moved ahead in their careers playing collegiate hockey, we still remain in contact with them. If you are looking for an opportunity to make a difference in a young man’s life, or if you have hockey in your blood, you must consider hosting an Indiana Ice player. You will get the opportunity to see hockey as you may never have seen it before, and make some lasting relationships within the community.” -- Scott & Shane Grotjan |

"This year I moved in with an Indiana Ice housing family and immediately became part of their family. The relationship I have with my billet family will be lifelong and I will never forget it. It is an experience of a lifetime and I have enjoyed it every second." --

"We have been a billet family for 3 years and all three boys have become a part of our extended family...as the sons we never had! The saddest part is when they go home at the end of the season! Our grandsons both play hockey and look up to these young men as their role models! If you love KIDS and HOCKEY, sharing your home with an Ice player can be a rewarding experience and a lot of fun for the entire family!" -- Vickie & Jim Bass |
