The Indiana Ice Bigfoot Foundation and Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance are proud to partner up to offer several great programs to enhance the quality of life in Central Indiana and give back to the communities that have given so much to us.
KEY BANK "COMMUNITY IS KEY" TICKET BLOCKS
The Indiana Ice is pleased to announce a partnership with Key Bank to help make it possible for individuals who may not otherwise get the chance to enjoy the fun and excitement of an Indiana Ice game. With the support of Key Bank, Finish Line and Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance the Ice will work with local non-profit agencies to help close to 10,000 fans see the Ice during the 2008-2009 season.
ST VINCENT "PLAY HEALTHY...PLAY HOCKEY" TOUR
St. Vincent Health and the Indiana Ice are proud to partner with the Ice's cornerstone community program "Play Healthy...Play Hockey". This program encourages the growth of the sport of hockey along with health lifestyle choices as it travels to over 150 events per year.
THE READING CARAVAN
The Indiana Ice Reading Caravan reaches out to elementary schools (Grades 2 and 3) throughout the Indianapolis area. Ice players visit classrooms to read to and with students and emphasize the critical life skill of reading. Students receive various incentive prizes for participating as well as the opportunity to meet and get to know the Indiana Ice players and coaches.
