DONATION REQUESTS

The Indiana Ice hockey team is committed to being a valued member of the Indianapolis community and in turn, accepts donation requests from non-profit organizations throughout the state of Indiana. Donation Requests must be submitted in writing and on the organization's official letterhead and should include the organization's name, address, telephone number and website. Please also include: the event name and date, contact person's name, phone number & email address.
